Working in an affluent area allows us to provide exceptional care and services to our clients and patients and we strive on administering the highest standard. We have relationships with several referral hospitals in our area to provide advanced imaging and surgical care when needed.
We are a collaborative practice with an emphasis on a team environment and approach. In order to ensure quality care and associate confidence, we provide mentorship to all new team members. We have group rounds every other week to discuss cases and are available to help each other whenever needed. Our practice believes in having a balanced life. We love our jobs but understand the importance of family, friends, and time off for ourselves.
Orange County is a beautiful place to live, work, play, and raise a family. We have unbelievable weather year-round, beaches, culture, and easy access to the mountains, as well.
Minimum experience- Equine rotating internship or 1+ year of private practice experience, current CA veterinary license. Applicants should provide a Letter of Intent, Curriculum Vitae and have references available upon request.
The job requires a currently issued US veterinary license and at least 1 to 2 years practice experience. Applicants must also have or be eligible to have a DEA license. The practice will pay for the license but the applicant must be eligible to have one.
We are an Equine only ambulatory practice located in Southern CA and have been in the area since 1987. Most of our patients are english performance and show horses but we also take care of western pleasure and personal horses. The practice has one owner and three associates and we are looking to replace an associate that is returning to teach at a veterinary school. Our associate doctors have been with the practice for about 9 years. We truly have a great group. One of our doctors is Board Certified in Equine Medicine, one has completed a Fellowship in Equine Ultrasound and another is experienced in chiropractic medicine. We all work with regenerative medicine and collaboration is the norm not the exception with cases. The practice is located about 20 minutes from the beach and about 1 hour from the mountains. We are a busy practice but we also know our quality of life is important.
