Our amazing team at Ormond Beach Family Vet is looking to add a veterinarian! Our practice is one block from the beach, so if you love beach life we may be the practice for you! Chief of Staff starting salaries range between 120-135K per year with revenue and profit sharing, and base plus production available (no negative accrual). Total compensation ranges from 125-190K per year. 

We are a very successful practice with a 20+ year legacy. It's an exciting time for our hospital, as we are have upgraded our technology (paperless, cloud-based practice management software) and our equipment (dental x-ray, IDEXX laboratory machines, ultrasound, digital x-ray, etc). We have a high staff to DVM ratio with 2 receptionists and three tech/assistants, and a practice manager for our incoming doctor.

Our practice currently sees predominantly wellness cases in feline and canine medicine, including preventative spays and neuters, and dentistry. Opportunities for other soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries are available, if this is an interest of yours! If you’re not a surgery fan, there are several referrals in the area or traveling surgeons who can come in and take the cases. We highly encourage referrals and don't keep patients overnight.

Our group has a young leadership team led by DVMs, who are attempting to pioneer the industry with flexible scheduling, family-friendly benefits, and leaders who understand burnout (because we've been there!).
