Smoky Mountain Animal Clinic is in need of a caring professional who can take care of our clients and their pets.Experience preferred but not required to apply. We are looking for someone who takes pride in a job well done.Receptionist:Greeting clients, taking phone calls and emails, making appointments using veterinary software, handling invoices and collecting payment. Inventory, stocking and cleaning also vital to the job. Need to be able to type and utilize a PC and a smart phone. Ability to handle anxious, worried, and upset clients is important. Knowledge of veterinary medicine helps as our receptionists know how to triage what needs to be seen immediately, answer basic questions about preventions and medications, and help owners with common issues.
