We are a 50+ year-old practice with long-standing ties in the community looking for someone to "fit in with the family."
We have been privately owned since the doors were first opened and it's remained that way as one veterinarian has sold their share of the practice to the next one
Looking to add a full or part time veterinarian (schedule is negotiable) to our busy 2+doctor private practice. Current co-owner looking to step back and is very open to selling their portion of the clinic (and more) to the right candidate (we'd expect at least a 6-12 month "open" period where all parties are getting to know each other)
More:

- Our location is in one of the fastest-growing cities/counties in the country; lots of social opportunities
- We bring in a specialist surgeon to perform TPLOs and any other surgeries which in-house vets aren't comfortable performing
- There's also a mobile radiologist who is available for on-site ultrasounds
- Salary is negotiable - minimum $100,000k (based on experience) but base/production mix is negotiable with much-higher potential
- We carry the standard equipment - digital x-ray, dental x-ray, in-house Heska lab, converting right now to a paperless, cloud-based system, among others
- Benefits are also negotiable (including health insurance, PTO, 401k, and more); we are looking to make the right person happy and successful and stay with us for a very long time
You will not be asked or told to do something for which you are uncomfortable (especially medically or surgically - ask for help).

- Is a nice person who enjoys the company of other nice people (drama not allowed)
- Is already a confident, skilled vet who can easily step into a new position
