Ali’i Animal Hospital & Resort is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our dynamic practice.  We are a progressive, fast growing, exciting new concept positioned right in the middle of Honolulu’s Kaka’ako area.  We are Hawaii's only hospital and pet resort.  Our focus is on the whole health experience for pet owners and their pets!  We have everything from hospital services, surgery, dentistry to doggie daycare, lodging and spa/grooming.  We live by our motto of helping pets live their best lives!

We have two locations. Our main hospital and resort is in Kaka'ako while our smaller satellite clinic is in beautiful Kailua.  We practice the highest quality medicine in a brand new state of the art facility.  Our hospital was designed around the concept to provide the best care possible with a high-quality ultrasound, digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, and a well-stocked digitally managed pharmacy (Cubex). 

Your role would be as an Associate Veterinarian and leader to the team of well-trained technicians and assistants.  Skills should include excellent patient/client care, sound medical judgement and proficient surgical skills, working in tandem with our other three associates and owner.  

**We do have a "kids" room for our employee children to use as needed and a full time nanny for children under 2 years of age. Negotiable nanny services provided from Alii.

Must have been in practice for over 4 years or have completed a rotating internship.

Must have great surgical skills with soft tissue surgery and dentistry. 

Must be able to manage GP cases and walk in ER/urgent care. 

Must be a good communicator and willing to learn. 

Must be compassionate.
