We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90k to $100k base plus production depending on experience (this is negotiable to be higher depending on experience and needs of candidate for overall compensation package). Our FT associates generally make well above $100k with bonuses. We also offer a 4-day work week plus 1/2 day every 3rd Saturday to help maintain work/life balance, as well as refer all after-hours emergencies or late calls to the local ER that opens at 4 p.m. daily. The typical work schedule is 8am-6p 2 days, 8am-5p 1 day & 9am to 6pm 1 day, as this schedule with the 1/2 Sat averages out to be about 40 scheduled hours. We are willing to adjust schedule hours to some extent as long as we can keep the 40 average.
