Dr. Ron's Animal Hospital is a well-established small animal general practice located in beautiful Simi Valley, CA. This area is rich in outdoor activities and a great place to raise a family with easy access to beaches and mountains. Our mission is to provide excellent, compassionate, and affordable veterinary care to our patients and clients while having fun. This hospital is more like a family, and team members are unified, work hard, and pride themselves on their customer service and patient care. We are looking for a full-time DVM with usually a 4-day work-week, but will also hire a part-time DVM.
Our clinic consists of 4 exam rooms, a spacious treatment area, a dedicated surgical suite with an O2 generator, an isolation room, digital radiography, a full in-house Idexx lab, cryo, surgical laser, ultrasound, and electrocautery.
Our services include general medicine and surgery for dogs and cats and some exotics with urgent care(same-day appointments and emergencies) dentistry (with digital dental x-ray). If there is an area you would like to specialize in, you have our support.
We value work-life balance with shifts Monday -Sunday and have flexible scheduling. No after-hours or on-call requirements. We are looking for a doctor who is a genuine animal lover and passionate about their work. You can show off your skills and take the time needed to develop new ones. Experienced is preferred, but new grads seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply. We are a busy practice but will spend any time needed to train a new or recent graduate. We have Full-time and Part-time positions available. Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. To help with relocation or paying off student loans we are also offering an $80,000 signing bonus.
