Carter Vet Services is seeking a full time Associate Equine Veterinarian to join our three-doctor mobile practice. Our office is in the heart of the Lowcountry and surrounded by beautiful coastline. We are located just minutes from Savannah Georgia, 35 minutes from Hilton Head Island and 40 minutes from Beaufort, all of which boast abundant outdoor activities, numerous beaches, open-air entertainment, and historical attractions.
